Theresa has helped Steve groom the company's management members and conveyed to them her extensive, first-hand knowledge of providing premium customer service. Over the past two decades, Theresa has played a vital role in creating high standards and effective protocols for serving Taction's clients. Today she handles all aspects of human resources, ensuring that Taction employs customer service agents of the highest caliber.
