Randy AndersonDirector of Sales and MarketingJoining Taction in 2003, Randy brings extensive experience in contact center operations in industries including technical, travel, insurance, and consumer markets. He possesses keen skills in operations analysis as well as business management and development. Randy is responsible for bringing aboard new clients, ensuring ease of transition and practical, thorough implementation, perpetuation, and modification of their services with respect to profitability and value for the clients. Prior to coming to Taction, he served as Director of East Coast Operations at a 1,400 employee provider of outsourced technical support, which he led to profitability within six months. Before that, he worked at a Nebraska-based provider, where he led operations and client services for multiple sites within a division that earned $180 million in annual revenue. Randy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and traveled around the world in Up With People.
