Michele BurnsManager of Client ServicesMichele has been at Taction – The Contact Center since 1998, gaining a valuable stockpile of corporate memory and a deep knowledge of Taction’s daily operations. She manages the Client Services team, which is well known for its dedicated and enthusiastic support of every client, small to large. She also guides teams handling outbound business-to-business projects, which are tailored to meet unique business models for each client. Michele began at Taction as an agent, then honed her skills as a trainer, an account manager, and a senior account manager. Her favorite part of the job is creating practical, flexible, and innovative business solutions to meet each client’s needs. She is proud of her great working relationships with Taction’s valued clients, and of her team’s ability to turn unhappy consumers into satisfied lifelong customers.
